I started testing my blood sugar out of curiosity and then... my world turned upside down! I would be clueless, would not know if my blood sugar was out of the normal ranges and I could have done irreversible harm to my body. There has never been long term studies on the stomachless and blood glucose. I feel this needs to happen! In the mean time, I have taken it upon my self to use my body as a guinea pig.
