Note for team presentations: The student who completes the application is considered the lead presenter and will be responsible for correspondence with UROP and coordination with co-presenters. Teams are limited to one lead presenter and two co-presenters. The form includes fields to enter information for the co-presenters. Please confirm the correct spelling of co-presenter names before submitting the form.
